Half of the mutually agreed price amount will be paid in advance to the company.
The rest of the amount must be paid after finishing the work.
If the customer wishes to stop or retreat without any reasonable justification, he loses any right to get his money back.

A link for Arabian Soul Co. is added on all the websites designed, 25% will be added on the overall cost of the website if the customer desired to remove this link.

All the internal network equipment & its content are guaranteed for one year starting from the day of the installaion.

Arabian Soul Co. will be delegated for buying the license of the required program from the company of origin.

It is not permitted to install the unlicensed or hacking programs by their official owners.

Our link will be added in case we installed or Arabized any program & all the rights of the Arabization will be reserved to Arabian Soul Co.

The company is bears no responsibility whatsoever for the policies of other companies (such as electronic payment sites), besides the company is not responsible for the products that are updated by other companies & that are used to design the customer website like (the forums, magazines programs), so, our company is not committed to pay any compensations for the problems that happen because of those companies or their products.

The customer won’t be able to enter the control panel of the program until the teamwork finishes & makes sure that there is no fault or error in this control panel.
